Program update – 01022023/01

For the information of all concerned, we (Department of Fusion Engineering and Department of Space Engineering) are not related to any school in @MIT. We are independent departments at @MIT not governed by any of past, present or future codes, policies, practices or procedures of institute. We should not be placed under School of Engineering, Science, MIT Corp., Senate or president’s office and do not report to their deans and heads. Again, we are independent departments at @MIT. Any past, present or future faculty, staff, associates, affiliates, students and alumni of @MIT are permanently banned (life time banned) to participate in any of our activities ever.

Program update – 12312022/01 (ABET Accreditation)

This is for the information of all concerned, with immediate effect (today), ABET accreditation process of programs (M.Sc. Engg. Fusion Engineering and M.Sc. Engg. Space Engineering) is discontinued becuase of involvement of societies which neither have requisite knowledge and background in the subjects, nor are equipped with qualified enough personals to carry out assessment and accreditation itself at all. Our programs are highly research focus programs not accredited by ABET. Unfortunately, this is not negotiable. We do not endorse and recognise any of socities’ membership with ABET. We might consider establishing our own societies (Fusion Engineering and Space Engineering) at a later time and may consider membership with ABET but this will be decided at a later time. Current ABET infrastructure is insufficient in many ways to carry out assesment of our programs. Any effort to undermine our programs and halt their progress by e.g spreading misinformation and harrassing faculty and students will be considered a serious crime and punishable by law. These will be regarded as jeopardizing efforts to advance knowledge and dissiminate modern engineering knowledge. This is sabotage and Espionage. No further questions will be answered. We appreciate everyone’s understanding.
