Request for proposal (RFP) – National Science Foundation, Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Phase I

Solicitations are invited from qualified US based institutions (universities or research laboratories) to be listed as subawardees and US based individuals to be listed as consultants in an invited National Science Foundation, Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I project in third quarter of 2020. US institutions and individuals must be registered in US and must have valid Social Security Number / Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, Employer Identification Number, Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S) number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and must be registered in System for Award Management prior application. As per details here foreign companies / firms are also invited to apply and participate.

Successful subawardees and individual consultants will be required to furnish Letters of collaborations for budgetary purpose. In addition, individual consultants are required to furnish biographical sketch.

Opportunities also exist to work as leaser of equipment. If interested, a signed statement by the owner or lessor is required along with reasonable lease or rental cost and any other costs.
